In yesterday's mail I received a letter stating that I will finally get public funds to build a new sports stadium and a check was enclosed for $10,000,000. The letter was addressed to a now-deceased owner of a sports team who moved this team years ago and from whom I bought it. I have no way of contacting the heirs of the owner directly.

Should I just cash the check even though the team is no longer in the city? Or should I try to give it to the truck-stop owner/crook who owns the franchise in that moribund city? Or should I donate it to the public so they can install a urinal next to the now-deceased owner's grave site?
