NT who can't switch to DT -- still worth playing at DT?
I have a NT who has full experience at DT, but is cannot make a position switch to DT. Does that mean he will have a penalty if I play him at DT anyway?

Supposedly, but I wouldn't worry too much about it

Penalty at NT, but what about the other DT spot?

There shouldn't be a significant penalty between LDT/NT/RDT, but I might be wrong. The problem is he's too light to move to any of the DT positions but was generated as a DT to start, so he's stuck.
The bigger problem is he'll develop slower playing out of position like that. Once he gets up to full experience I wouldn't worry too much about playing him anywhere on the line. Though I dunno if that's wise. |

Yeah, I was asking because I didn't think there was any difference in the DT positions.
