mentors

I have read on a post about player development that "if he signs a mentor" his potential may increase or be met over time. How does a player sign a mentor and how do i find out if players on my team or i want to sign can be a mentor for others?

It says on their player card.

Any player with that listed will mentor younger players. It gives a boost to their development.

You can also find them on the FA list if you change the view to 'Attitude' or the equivalent thereof (don't have the game within a few 1000 miles atm to confirm the exact tab heading!)

Then search by position, then by the column with the capital 'M's and there's your list of available mentors by position.

Does a mentors birth date affect the players he's mentoring?

Does multiple mentors of a position group help or hinder their affect?
