Silly EXCEL question

So this is probably a silly question, but I'm looking at fold differences in certain observations, like tens of thousands. The machine spit the numbers out, but in the wrong direction (it's the only way to export). So basically, everything is reversed, so if it's -1.8 fold it should be +1.8 and vice versa. Is there a way I can switch a column to say that every + number should be - and vice versa? I have another way I can do it, it's just very annoying. Thanks!

Can you create another column and multiply it by -1?

Yeah, was gonna say that for fear that it was too simple of an answer.

Yeah, so I was sitting at a desk so immersed in these numbers that basic concepts were eluding me. A big duh and thanks.
