How to create an online league?

Could anyone point me in the direction to create an online league? I've been looking for a guide of some sort, but haven't found anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Shouldn't you gain experience as a regular member of a MP League first?

Check the in-game Help file. The "Multi-Player Game Window" gives you some of the info you need, and on that page, click on "Multi-Player Game Overview" and lots of info is there.

That said, Templar is probably correct: you'd likely want to join an existing league first, at least for a short time, to get a feel for things.
