Best Way to Get a Mobile Quarterback to Run More Frequently?

I have a rookie QB that I'm kind of forced to start. Good news is he's playing really well considering his stats are very under developed, but I think he can do better. He has great scrambling ability and gets great yardage every game. Are there some good strategies to get him running more, a la Kordell Stewart?

I can't find any particular game plans or play-action plays to encourage this. Would love some suggestions.

Edit: I should mention this is for a MP Game where I can't play in the interactive game view.

I think the answer is just to pass more. That may or may not be the best strategy overall.
