Need help to end losing streak

After starting my season 7-0 I've lost 5 straight games in a terrible fashion. Before week 9 my offense was scoring nearly 35 points per game, the defense has given up about 20 points per game and made a ton of sacks and FFs. But then it all changed dramatically. My points in the next 5 games: 13, 13, 14, 7, 9. And I haven't changed my gameplans at all.

I have 78-rated QB (best in the league), decent TE and WRs. The lineup for offense and o-line isn't different form the one which got 7 wins. Yes, I've had a couple of injuries on defensive side and I have weak CB corp but it didn't hamper me before. Looks like they all got tired, yet roster info doen't show it.

Can you give me some advice how to end my losing streak? I tried to play with the o-line depth chart and linebackers rotation. It didn't help. I believe the issue lies in o-line and d-line performances but I can't see a reason why they look so weak.

Because of the defensive injuries are you now playing from behind and throwing more frequently? That can lead to a significant decrease in offensive output as you'll be facing more Pass D heavy defenses as you try and come back.
