Offensive game plan featuring 3 WRs

Does anyone have experience with an offensive GP featuring 3 WRs?

I have a team that has 3 great WRs and a crappy TE. Want to get the 3rd WR on the field as much as possible.

What would be the changes in the formations?

How much would you increase the 3 WRs sets from what rex recommends?
