Remvoing Program from my computer

Its an annoying little thing on my toolbar called Adult Links. I searched for it and found it on my harddrive. I click remove and I get a message saying "These programs are currently being used by one or more programs. Please close some programs and try again.

I close IE. Still no luck. Suggestions?

download and run spyware.

Damn, if you have a porn search engine on your toolbar, you probably have a ton of spyware in that computer of yours.
