So I am at the staff hiring stage and I'm not sure what is important for the individual coaches. Any advice?

Hey there. According to the current help file, it is pretty much the same thing as FOF 7 when it comes to what ratings are important. See this below:
 The only thing that doesn't matter is Intelligence. My guess is that this factors into how many plays an offensive or defensive coordinator can call play in their game plan, but I haven't really dug into that since it is most likely a hidden rating.
