Player Ratings?

I remember a thread in the past (at least I think I do) which kind of gave ranges for players and their overall ratings where they would stand on a team...for example, with XXX rating they would be considered a starter, with XXX rating a backup, etc.

Anyone can refresh me on this?

I don't think I can help with pulling up the thread, but mid-to-upper 30s is where baseline starter quality starts for me. A 40/40 player generally is a starting-caliber dude, in a generic sense. 50/50 is generally a pretty good player. At 60/60 we're talking about the core stars of a team. If you any ultra-stars that's a nice bonus.
