Menu Screen Update

Apologize for creating another thread but to keep this separate from the first submission it seemed easiest to do. So, after time in game the darkness of the menu screen was getting to me and I thought it needed some highlights. Hope it meets with your approval.

The file is a zip and has both the calendar and menu files. Fixed an error in the calendar that I found. Again, back up your originals before using these.

Thanks for your work, really like were your heading with all these updates and do like better than default. Only one minor suggestion...at least on my screen, a little hard to tell the difference of options that are active vs not active (when not hovering over them). Not sure if a possible way to more emphasize the active options, but again could just be my screen.

The active options are the lighter green that turn white when you hover over it. Non-options are the darker color. Not sure how it looks on you PC. Anyone else having issues differentiating between the two?

It looks that way on my PC.....just the lighter color blends a little with my background, but again may be my display settings. Regardless, good stuff and I plan to use.

Gents, and Ladies if any are out there, looking for a bit of feedback for anyone using this menu. As SlyBelle noted the I have the "active" subjects for each menu option highlighted in a lighter green that pop white when you hover over it. The dormant options are dark.

Question: Are the active subjects bright and legible enough to help in your selection?

Appreciate any feedback offered.

I have also found another petty error in it I don't like that I will fix at some point.

I can get the graphics thread image to work, but not these. I dload the two files, rename my original, then convert these to .bmp.

When I open the game though it's the entire large graphic, it's very strange.

When you unzip them there should be two bmp files. All you need to do is copy them into the picture folder, shouldn't have to rename them.

Thank you. I was using Save As and for some reason it was saving them as JPG and the conversion would screw things up. Downloading the file as .bmp worked.

Nice work, thank you.
