FOF8 - Coach Responsibilities
Does anyone know if coach responsibilities have changed at all in this version?
(the following is my possibly flawed understanding) Meaning HC is responsible for motivation, discipline Coords responsible for development and playcalling Assistant helps develop ALL players but with a smaller multiplier. |

You could look at the Staff Member Information Screen Help screen. I think it is really helpful.
