position changes

Is it better to change a players position before or after training camp? The tooltip leads me to believe if changing the players weight is involved, you should training camp first and then change.. seems backwards from real life but i just want to make sure.

That depends. If the player is at the proper weight for the targeted position change, then execute the position move before TC. He will gain position experience more quickly that way. However, you are correct regarding the weight issue. If the player will lose rating points due to being too heavy or too light, weight train first, then move after camp.

Of course, if you can't weight training the player and you still want to move him, there is no point to making the move after TC.
