holdouts
I signed/drafted 4 new LB's to my squad and now 2 of my starting LB's for last year are holding out.. Is it because of the amount of players coming into the position group or is it money or both. If I cut/trade LB's will they no longer hold out or is the money the only option? #greedy#insecure#lol

Holdouts are announced at the start of late free agency. They can last through training camp, through the preseason, or through the entire regular season. I don't know if a player can end his holdout only a certain slots, but it seems like it can happen anytime. In prior FOF games, I have seen it happen mid-preseason and mid-regular season, seemingly randomly.
If he does back down, he will take a hit in his loyalty - often making him unwilling to receive a contract offer with you, citing "past injustices." I think that might be connected to loyalty of zero, but I am not certain whether that's an IFF relationship. |
