Trouble brewing? Conflicting philosophies among staff....
Hi guys, just upgraded to FOF8, still plenty to explore but I need your help/advice on my staff. My HC is a 43 Under guy but the DC loves running a 34 Eagle defense. With my first MP draft coming up I'm wondering which philosophy is leading when it comes to evaluating and drafting players? If I'm looking for a DE should a take a bigger/run stuffer 34 DE or a smaller/faster 43 DE?
Any help is greatly appreciated!  |

Your scheme is solely based on what your DC prefers. You will be running a 34 Eagle no matter what your HC is

I heard a rumor having HC, Coord and Asst aligned gives a small bonus but seems like a lot of trouble
