Best way to order backups?

Greetings. I'm new to FOF and I recently purchased it through Steam. Having an awesome time so far.

I have a question about ordering the backups. Looking at my QBs as an example, I have three. I want the rookie to be the backup, but he's not as good as my 2nd string guy. I know I can set my starting QB from the Offensive Personnel screen, but I'm not sure how to set up my rookie to be 2nd string - it appears that changing the starter don't change the order of preference on the dropdown menu from the Offensive Personnel page. I do understand that I can deactivate my current 2nd string, but I want to keep them all active

Is there any way to reorder the depth chart, keeping all three QBs active, and putting them in the order I want (starter, rookie, vet backup)?

no, and it doesn't really matter. just make the other guy inactive if you must.
