Question What training % do you use ?

Just wondering how hard you guys train ?

I have been training at 99% and recently have had injuries to 3 starters. Wondering if these injuries could be a result of training to hard.

100% training with 10 physios. I rarely get long-term injuries.

98% with 5 physios

Got hit with several bad injuries at 100% and couldn't afford to hire any more physios (although now I probably could)

This week is my sixth week at 100% with only 3 physios. Maybe I'm a catastrophe waiting to happen, but so far I've only experienced a few nicks and bruises in term of injuries but never anything serious. Most serious injury happened yesterday and even though the player was originally stated to miss 3 weeks, after only one daily update, he's down to 2 weeks. I usually always carry one doctor on staff because there's always one player who's "bruised but playing" or "bruised but training" and I want them back sooner...

100% w/ 4 physios. A couple of small injuries, but all in all it has been worthwhile to go with the max training thus far.

No big injuries yet for you? I gotta say I took TargetPractice6's advice to go for 100% with 3 physios since he said he'd done it for three seasons without really big injuries. I decided to give it a try

It really seems to me that there is a fairly random relationship between training % and injury. I train 100% with 2 physios, and haven't had any serious injuries in 5 weeks. Before that I didn't even have any physio's and had 1 6 week injury.

Yeah, maybe there's more randomness than we think to it. I had two major injuries in the same game while I was at 92%, one for 5 weeks and the other for 6 weeks...
