Anybody know how I can move this window?

Hi guys,

No idea how but the settings window has got stuck behind the top navigation blocking me from seeing the info on the splash screen.

I've tried uninstalling from steam and deleting the game files from ProgramFiles(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common but no luck.

Because it's behind the top nav bar, changing to a different res or a bigger monitor has no effect.

Is there a way to get a totally clean install of the game where it's not remembering this screen placement?
