Ok this is officially my ranting thread.... for now...
I've been transitioning to 3-4-3 because I want(ed) to run it... problem is, I ran 3-5-2 against dacman with a Winger-TM which resulted in that side attack dropping from pass-solid(avg) to poor!!!!!! with the 3-4-3 I'll be abandoning a winger, need EX-IM, and I'm having extreme trouble justifying loosing that much off my attack. 3-5-2 I average: LA: pass (solid when form gets out of shitter & stamina increases) CA: pass || RA: pass || all will eventually get back to solid once form starts to like me & stamina is good. Hate seeing (Average Team Form: inadequate) 3-4-3 will be: LA: same as 3-5-2 CA: most likely excellent RA: poor-weak  LA-RA can/will be interchanged I can't see having a poor-weak side attack without a winger TM... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR fuckin midfield... If only I could get away with 2 IMs...

Believe me- I'd love to run a 3-4-3 or 4-3-3 and get away with it but it's just not feasable with the hattrick game engine.

with 3 forwards your central attack should be at least Formidable, that makes up for having a weak attack on 1 side. Just get one really good attacking winger and switch him around from time to time so your opponents never know which side they'll be on.
i'd seriously consider running a 3-4-3 if i started another team, just because i hate the 3-5-2  Buy 6 inadequate/inadequte 17 year old forwards and in a season or 2 you'll be a scoring machine
