Transfer ?....
For new teams that are created with randomly generated players(not callups and havent been on any other teams before)... If I sell a player... Since I'm the "mother club" and the "last owner" do I get to keep the 3% and 2% that goes to them?

simply stated, yes. Once you sell a player, if he gets sold again, you get that money then...

No... I meant do I GET THE MONEY(that would go to the mother club and last owner) WHEN I sell them... since there was "no last owner".,

No, you don't get the previous owner or mother club money when you sell one of the original players on your squad. The money goes to feed the poor people in the hattrick world. That and beer.

Yeah, I do, you should read my work on nuclear power in 3rd world countries. It is amazing.
![]() But I tried to answer your question. I assume it was if you sell a player off the squad you start the game with, do you get the previous squad and original squad money. The answer is no. The money disappears. What I said the first time was something I imagine the money to be used for. Others have different thoughts, but I have been show no proof of anything different. You could lighten up too. I may not be funny, I don't claim to be, but I was just trying to help you. It didn't seem like FM understood what you were trying to say.

Speaking of transfers, I see you turned a nice little profit on that inner mid that ended today.

Who me?? If so, I assume you're talking about Brian Hardison who went for 111k... Which isn't bad... But I was hoping he'd go for a tad more(I know, Im greedy!)

Settle down all.
You don't get the last owner transfer money if you sell an original owner. If the team you sell him to then transfers him, you get the previous owner money, but NOT the mother-club money. Mother club money is never paid for original players. I do enjoy free hattrick beer though.

4k on a 5k investment. That's pretty good.

Yeah, it was. I saw him with a 5k opening bid with like 30 seconds left. He was a passable playmaking 24 year old. I put him up for 10k and was hoping to get 15k or so. If I get some more cash, I probably will daytrade some more on lower end players. That is if and only if I have a clear lead in my division or can't be promoted. No need to mess up my team spirit for cash. This one guy dropped it one level before the biggest game of the season for me. Oh well.

Ouch, that is what keeps me from daytrading (that and the fact that I am currently unable to bid on any players). The only reason I knew about him is that your ad was the top one when I was posting an ad for one of my b squad defender.

That is some nice luck. I always feel weird when I see a FOFC'er bidding on a player or when they have a player for sale. I don't know why?

Did the ad help the sale at all?
On mine some guy bid right at the buzzer. But who knows how long he was watching him?

I had a couple bid before the ad and then one at the buzzer. I think I might have done better under the old system.

The whole ad system is bloated. I find though that posting an ad early seems to help more. I just forgot with this guy.

The few times I posted an ad early, nobody bid until the end anyways.

I posted an ad with about 15 hours left on the player, and got two bids right away, but then nothing until the last 5-10 minutes anyways. Solid/Poor Scoring/Passing 27 yo went for $142,000. Not bad
