Fifth row down, guy in the white coat. There's me in action at the last painball game I played. I was the mad scientist, hence the apparel. |

Fellow Tippman owner! Very nice choice in the marker. Are you using an expansion chamber?

Yep, my main is the a-5 you see, my backup is a custom 98. Tippmann rules.
I'm running nitro, not co2. No need for an expansion chamber. Oh, and for the record, there's another scenario game June 14-15 at Challenge Park in Joliet, IL. Should be a helluva game, if any of you local folk wanna try it out. |

Coffee, very nice. How do you like the A-5? We don't have any quality fields nearby, so I have stuck with my 98.
How do you like the nitro? And where do you carry it? I have always used CO2, so I don't know much about nitro. But I've always wondered how people used it and where they get the actual nitro gas, lol. |

Most fields have nitrogen fill stations....nowadays. I've heard of a few backwater fields still having co2 only. I'd highly reccommend a nitro tank if you have the cash. Much lighter, shoots a lot cleaner, and you don't have to worry about the classic problems of co2. (liquid seeping into the gun, tank freezing, etc, etc, etc)
The a-5 rocks. Sucker shoots FAST. I do some of the storyline/scenario writing for MXS games (mxsportz.com), and as Tippmann is one of their sponsors, I got a great deal on the A-5 w/ reactive trigger. Muah. |

My family owns a paintball field. My brother shoot a tricked out auto-cocker, and so does my dad. I play with an old tippman 98

There's nothing like a tricked out auto-cocker.
