If a new player comes and deflates TS, is there any chance it'll get better or should I sell or fire him?
It surprised the heck out of me, since the guy was a "pleasant guy who is calm and honest." ![]()

This happens on occasion, but more often with players of more troublesome dispositions (infamous, nasty, controversial, etc).
The penalty to team spirit that occurs from adding new players is a one-time penalty, so there is no reason to sell or fire the player. The only way that it could become a regular problem is if the player is possibly the team leader (has the highest leadership rating on the team).
