WR 4.19 40 Time in Draft

This is the fastest time I have ever seen!!!!!! What is the best 40-time or even best-drafted player you have gotten so far?

I saw a guy with a 4.16 in one of the 100-season sims I've run. It was particularly cool to see because no one else was faster than around 4.23 in the entire (long) league history.

I bet Deon would still catch him.
Fastest player I have ever seen. Moved like a cat.

He may be fast, but will he be elite given the low RR bar? In FOF 8, this player would not be ideal, but I have not played FOF 9 to know the answer in the new version.

I never thought about his RR bringing him down that much. I hope he has a good Career. Maybe he will be a superstar kick and punt returner.

In my brief anecdotal experience with fof9 so far, RR still seems very strong , possibly the #1 WR bar. Think it just produces more targets and catches. I think this is probably a phenomenon of the other bars only really coming into play once the receiver is actually targeted and/or the catch is made. Adjust to Ball, Good Hands, and Catch in Traffic only come into play once the reciever is targeted, and Speed, Elusiveness, and Secure the Ball only matter once the ball is caught. For this reason I prioritize RR, Defeat Jammers (for X and Z receivers only, especially your split end X - but if theyre playing slot they cant get jammed in my understanding so they dont need a DJ bar) and Catch in Traffic because the game seems to tag a lot of routes that arent traditional "over the middle" routes with this bar. I would expect Deep Ins/Basic route and Post routes to be the only routes for which this bar is relevant since the game doesnt have deep crossing routes, but I think it factors it in for Slant and Dig routes which you wouldnt really expect

edit: I think the Speed bar could be strong depending on how its description is interpreted. The description says it leads to more "breakaway runs and receptions". To me, that makes it comparable to Big Play Receiving in FOF8, meaning once the ball is caught, the receiver has a better chance of breaking off huge YAC. But, if there is data that a high Speed receiver is more successful running deep routes, or against man coverage for example, that would really cool to know. I just dont have the ability to parse that info myself
