How do I print out rosters etc?
I could do it no problem in FOF8... I like to keep a record of every game, rosters, end of season stats etc, but how do I do that?

Use snipping tool to capture partial screenshot and save it as an image. Search for 'snipping tool' it comes with the default Windows installation.

yes, I worked that one out BUT it's clumsy and uses gallons of ink. In FOF8 there was a print option, BUT NOT IN fof9?
Thanks anyway, appreciated. Last edited by geacher : 01-19-2024 at 10:13 AM. Reason: forgot to say thank you. |

Hmmm. What info, in particular do you want?
I'm not saying I could do anything super quickly, but in theory I could at least pull obvious player data out to a file with basic formatting, or a CSV file for loading into Excel... |

What I'm looking for is something, somewhere that will print my rosters/ game reports at the press of a button, like I could do in FOF8

I guess I want to know what data specifically you want to see for each player, or whatever, and whether a text file, or a csv would be the better option. I have worked out the structure of the player data (and weekly game data) but I have not nailed down which field is which. If I have a list of what I need to pull out I can focus on those values (rather than the many many others)... |

Sorry, you are speaking a foreign language here.... "csv file"? All I want to know if there is a way that I can press a button which prints my roster, game reports whatever.
Thanks anyway. |

Sorry, SgtTomorrow was talking about importing into Excel, which is easier with the information in a particular file format (often "CSV").
I just want to know what information you hope to see for each of the players, and I can work on making a (completely non-official) utility that can generate it for you. What I can't do (easily) is make something that looks at the screen and prints what you are looking at in-game. Feel free to write a message directly to me, if you want! ![]() |

Cheers.... in FOF8 you could print out any stats as they appeared on the screen.
Thanks for your time. |
