Turning off salary cap increase

Are there any negative side effects to doing this?

I tend to play long saves and the salaries can start to get out of hand. I just wanted to be sure it wouldn't mess anything up if I were to turn it off.

I tried it the other way trying to increase it. No matter what numbers I put in it doesn't seem to change anything. I don't know what would happen if you just made it zero.


Maybe a more experienced member can shed some light on this.
