On the matches screen?, Why? well my next opponent(who runs the same lineup everytime and is inactive) has a weak left side defense and inad central and right, and I want to explot his left side.

So is that on my left(looking from the forward to the goalie) or flipping the screen around and looking from the goalie?

It is my understanding that his left is HIS LEFT. Looking from the keeper. And would be your right side (offense). Right?

You need to look at the field from your goalie's perspective. In a sense, the order screen is counter-intuitive. The left side of the screen is the right side of your team and vice-versa...

Is that clear enough?

sorry, I didn't answer your question. If his right side is bad and you want to exploit it, then your left side needs to be where you put your best player...

I thought it was his left side that was bad? Right? Or is that how it is in Canada?

Him:

weak left d
inad central d
inad right d

You want to have your strongest attack on the right.

Your right vs. his left
Your left vs. his right

Your team:

RWB RCD LCD LWB
RW RIM LIM LW
RF LF

His Team:

LF RF
LW LIM RIM RW
LWB LCD RCD RWB

Thats from the keepers view right?!?

So for my view it is the opposite?

Thanks

Wow this is confusing... Thanks panther, I think I get it.

yes, it's the opposite. Whatever side is bad for him (I didn't check when I made up my example :p ), let's say his left side is weak, and you want to exploit it, then you have to put your better players on YOUR right side of the field.

Right and left for your team always refers to how your keeper sees the field.

Panther's little diagram of the field should be in the FAQ. Best way to decribe it...
