I'm actually hoping for one more season in D.V, and am glad I will have to play a promotion match, so I can throw it.
Training keepers, I have a IV level defense most of the time, but a weak midfield just won't cut it. One more season will allow me to train up & sell a trainee keeper so that I can buy one IV worthy IM & two III worthy IM's. Then I can shoot into IV and be competitive, only having to look to upgrade the offense.
That's the plan anyway. . .

I just noticed that the team from my series that won last year played the Rage in their qualification match. I was one win away from playing that match myself. He would have killed me, but at least we would have been close to making into dIV.43!

Hey, don't forget your brother from the North! As of week 10, I was #86 in Canada and would be promoting to IV.57, which is also Ally's league :)
Still 4 weeks to god, so this still has enough time to change...

Man, talk about inflation! One week to four. Well, I guess it probaly is less than the cost of living adjustment.

I didn't realize just how tough my D.V League was. As of Week #10, V.114 was rated the 12th Toughest among the 256 Division V Leagues..
Not only that, but also 68th Toughest in all of Hattrick America, ahead of even one D.III League (D-III.6)
If only I could've been thrown into one of those very lowly ranked Division V Leagues to start.. Talk about your easy pickins', what's up with some of these Leagues? In V.89 for example, I could very well be competing for a possible Promotion Spot.. UNBELIEVABLE!!
And let me Congratulate the Solid FOFC H-trickers out there who very well could be promoted at the end of this season. Great Work!! It's excellent to see the kind of overall representation FOFC's Hattrick Group is having and will continue to have in the future. BRAVO!

i feel your pain man. my series is the 15th hardest and has had weeks where it was in the top 10. I'm currently struggling for 4th place so i won't have to play a relegation match. I suppose my team would be kicking ass in weaker series... ah well

Don't get too excited about that :) If you look at III.6, you'll see that they look like a weak series because 4 of the teams are giving walkovers. The active teams are generating NSI's from 74-95 in week 10.
Tough as your division is, I don't think you want any part of that ;)

Good Point Brillig.. But hey, I would still finish at worst, 5th in a D-III League if I was in that one.. :D
