Trainee Question

Right now my team consists of 20 players so I only have a 2nd team that consists of 9 guys. Therefore I have to start two guys in the friendly that play in the league.

I training Playmaking and was wondering if a guy I played in a league game as an INMF would lose his training if he played defense for me in the friendly.

Yes he'd lose training, only the last position played gets training.

Just a suggestion, there isn't a rule saying you HAVE to play 11 guys for a friendly. Just play enough that you don't lose a walkover (that gives a big penalty to supporter mood if I remember correctly).
