Team spirit fell because of too many assistants?

My brother has a Hattrick team and he hired 10 goal tending coaches because he saw someone post that this was the best way to do it.

Well today he gets a message that team spirit fell dramatically because he has his assistants got into a fight. Sure enough, it fell from content to irritated.

Anyone ever seen anything like this?

If you have more than 10 total Assistants (GK plus assistant) your TS will drop.

Fire the extras asap.. Pretty sure itll keep happening..

No idea, because it states in the hattrick rules not to do it... So I never did it.
