It means your team is going to under perform until you get it raised (or it gets reset in a few weeks).

Sports Psychologists have very little effect on team spirit, they help confidence more.

Also, spirit resets at the end of the season. So if you have no key matches (ie. you're not playing for 1st; and you're not going to be playing a qual. match), it's probably best to just suffer and wait for the new season.

Thing is, he does have a very important match coming up this week ;)

Whatever we do, we cannot tie. If we tie, we basically hand the series over to Sony. However, whoever wins our game will almost certainly win the series. It's gonna be a good one. Good luck.

Yeh, it's going to rock. I had a sellout this last week (18 550), so hopefully more of the same this week :) At any rate...yeh. goodtimes.
