I am currently a goalkeeper trainer, but I want to train stamina in the offseason. Do I need to hire 8 assistants and get rid of my goaltending coaches during this time?

I've read about many keeper trainers on the conferences and most were not changing their mix of coaches for the stamina training period. If I remember right, they were saying that the results were about the same...

I was thinking on reducing the number of assistants for the stamina training.
Does the number of assistants have an importance on the result of stamina training ?

I have a small tip for you non-PM trainers. If you buy mids that have pretty good stamina, you'll never have to train stamina. There are two advantages to this: For one, you'll never have to take the form hit associated with stamina. Second, since none of your non-midfield players will have much stamina your wages will also be lower.
After reading the conf and searching infos on stamina training, there seem to be a consensus
1 - Assistant coaches do not affect stamina training
2 - However, they do have an effect on form and form wouldn't decrease as much with several assistants
Conclusion : I should keep my extra assistants...
I really wanted to go down to 2/2 since I change from 8 assistants to 8 assistants keepers (changed training for 1 week and saw 2 goalies pop). I wanted to wait until my first playmaking training in week 1 next season to go back up to 8 assistants.
Anyone confirm ?
