What other games/genres, if at all, do you all play beside Hattrick? Maybe this should go in the General Forum, but I'm mainly interested in other Hattrick players.

I used to play RTS a lot, most recently Age of Mythology, which I got pretty good at. I tried to pick up Rise of Nations, but can't get it to run on my computer. Besides that, the occasional PS2 game is about it for me right now.

Well, obviously the Front Office Football series, I just got OOTP5, and Warcraft III has been taking up a lot of my time.

i've mainly been playing CM4, and i've been playing OOTP5 a bunch.

Aside from those two, i'll probably give most text sims a shot. RPGs, Adventure's and Strat games usually get a look from me too. And the occasional action game to just fool around with when i don't want get into a serious game.

CM for sure (particularly when I buy CM4 for my new comutpter; woot).

Other than that, I've been messing around with New Star Soccer lately, but haven't had many other games that I play.

I fooled with PGA Championship Golf, again, for a while, but being bad at it made it hard for me to stick with it.

The FOF series, I just ordered CM4, should get it tomarrow. Strat-o-matic, OOTP. I have played SAAP, and pretty much any other sports management game that I could gt my hands on.

Online I am currently involved with 2 SimSports college basketball teams, and the new TCFA, which is a college football game. Of Course not to mention Hattrick.

I've been playing a lot of FOF4 since the most recent patch. I've also been playing CM4, and Grand Theft Auto: 3 and Vice City. I'm also a big RPGer, but I've not really bought any new ones since I got Morrowind. (which, in computer game time, was eons ago). I've also dabbled in Medieval: Total War recently.

Of course, since our baby arrived 5 weeks ago I've mostly been playing a fun game called "not it!" with my wife when it's time for baby butt-wiping duty. :)

Well, I play my own game, in testing, getting the bugs worked out.

Tac Ops would be the other.

I really don't have a lot of time right now for games.
Playing for our Championship game this Saturday in the Utah Football League, and it is going to be a battle, been practicing non stop.

BUT! Hattrick has taken over my life.

I'm fond of non-RTS games like Steel Panthers: World at War and Hearts of Iron. Lately I have also been playing a number of other games off and on, with The Sims (not that online crap) and Evil Dead: A Fistful of Boomstick.

I am also a big fan of the FOF games (particularly TCY), and other football-related games, like the Madden and NCAA series' for PS2.

Oh yes, I am also an avid paper-and-pencil RPGer, currently involved in Vampire: The Masquerade and Warhammer Role-Playing campaigns.

DK,

Warhammer is one of my favorite RPG's. As is Masquerade.

I also prefer Twilight 2000 and Dragonlance, but it has to be 2nd Ed

This is actually my first exposure to the Warhammer RPG (have only played two sessions thus far) but I am enjoying it. I've been playing Masquerade for a number of years.

Twilight 2000 is quite entertaining, but you need the right sort of players.

My personal favorite overall game is Rifts. The rules system is in need of work (and I have modified it heavily), but the storyline and source material are excellent.

Rifts is cool, actually, I have to say, the one company with some of the best ideas with a shoddy system is/was palladium.

You are right in regards to Twilight though.

Warhammer is excellent if you get the perfect group./

When I get home, I plan on trying out OOTP5 and CM4. Too bad I can't buy the CM for the XBOX...blasted NTSC/PAL junk! :)

With the exception of butt-wiping and CM4, I've those games are three I've played recently also. Morrowind I found to be the biggest (enjoyable) time sink of any offline game I've ever seen.

I've been on another OOTP5 kick recently, and have been playing some (yes) Colonization.

Other than that, I really haven't been playing a lot of games in recent weeks. Medieval: Total War is always calling me.

I wish there was a good RPG out, but last I heard/saw, it's all junk. And DK, I'm jealous that you've got a tabletop group going. I haven't been able to play since I moved back down out of Chicagoland. *grumble*

After some discussion about the career mode of Tiger Woods 2003 in the general discussion forum, I decided to start playing again with my Tiger Woods 2002. I'll probably get 2003 when I see it on the bargain bins this Summer.

I'm also part of TCFA but that don't take much of my time. I want to start playing again with FOF4. I started a game with the Cardinals, but have not played with it much. Weather is too nice right now so I don't feel like playing inside too much :)

oh, and I also try to play some online boxing at the WEBL. I'm just in the learning process. Might turn out to be fun...

I also had a Martial Combat gym, but got bored and I barely check it now.

WOW!!! People play Vampire: THe Masquerade with pencil and paper. I didn't think anyone used that system for anything other than LARP anymore.

I've been playing evercrack on PS2... I also play Chain of Command which was an old late 90's game that went out of business and someone found the files and hosts his own server @ www.computerpole.com That's where TP6 and I met, he was in my "Regiment" until he was kicked out.

I was part of the dev team for www.callofcombat.com which is like Chain of Command, but I don't even have time for that anymore.

Which was for all of one day :) I join his regiment (which are basically the CoC equivilant of clans) the first day I started playing the game. The next day I was booted for "inactivity" since I hadn't played any reg games. So that made me mad and I decided I would hate lytic and his reg for the rest of my life. That was until one fateful day when he asked me if I wanted to join the Columbian Record Club. I said, "Woah, hold on! I'm just not ready for that kind of a commitment." So I left and I never saw him again, but that's just the way things go... in CoC. Well maybe I made that last part up... sort of...

been playing warhammer for a very long time

its alot of fun to design a "perfect" army and watch it get massacured by a time tested one :-)

Getting 4 people playing an every man for themselves fight makes for alot of 1 turn alliances
