There is in fact an Illinois law that prohibits a number of things, one of which is a public erection, and another one of which is nude dancing. The prohibition against the public erection has never been challenged in the Supreme Court, but the prohibition against nude dancing has.

That's interesting. I live in illinois and there are several all nude gentlemen's clubs in town.

Just curious, has anyone been to Brooklyn, Illinois? A seedy crossroads seemingly surrounded by cornfields, a short drive from the casino queen. Every type of public nude activity is there, many in trailers, some seemingly in outhouses, many promising farm animals. I doubt that professed prohibition against nude dancing is accurate :)
