I trained stamina last week, and all my starting midfielders are at least inadequate. Should I train another week and take the form hit (they'll play in the cup game), or go back to my regular routine.

I think I only have 3 field players below inadequate in stamina, does it affect other positions?

You should try to get your starting midfielders to at least passable stamina IMO. Thats why i trained 2 weeks of stamina training (plus 1 week of general training to help negate the massive form hits).

Also as far as i know, as long as you have inadequate stamina or higher for defenders and forwards your fine. If its lower then inadequate you risk them getting tired late in the game and giving up a goal or in the forwards case, missing a goal.

For wingers stamina is important for the effectiveness of they're PM skill. But i don't think it effects they're winger skill at all.

I could be wrong here, so don't quote me on this :)

Well League game #1 for me is very important and if I want to win and still PIC I think I'm going to need atleast passable form across the board so I am thinking of scrapping the stamina training and doing a week of General instead

I've trained stamina for 3 weeks. All my inner mids (7) are at least solid. 6 of them are at excellent. I'm now going back to playmaking (after this week) and will let form just sort itself out.

My situation was also a factor, I started training stamina a week earlier because I honestly didn't think I would win my qualifier. I did, and now i'll be fighting to finish somewhere in the 4-6 range of my series.
