I just sold a passable defender, with few other skills, for $23,000.

And $23,000 translates to about £16,000, or about a sixth of my debt. I'll probably just keep him and sell my backup defender, an inad with better stamina. The extra £10,000 or so won't make as much long-term difference as the better backup.
