View Full Version : Series standings?
I just checked and the series standings haven't been updated for my series yet. Is that unusual?
Yes, it is unusual. USA is the only country I know of that hasn't been done.

It's a known bug, according to a post on the conference boards. Seems kinda...odd though.

NSI stands for NevStar Index. NevStar is an FOFCer who plays Hattrick. He was the first to introduce that way of computing team ratings where you add the numerical values of all the position ratings in your game ratings with midfield counting for three times its value. That was before HATStats was officially offered for both Canada and USA.
It's that value that I use when computing the weekly rankings...

This formula is used because it is believed to well represent the impact of midfield in Hattrick. The better your midfield, the better your chance of controlling the ball, thus getting more scoring chances. If you convert these chances is all dependant on your offense ratings vs your opponent defense ratings...

You know that has to be the plainest, I have ever read, how someone has explained MF and scoring.
Way to go Frog!

ribbit, err thanks! :D
BTW Dennis, I know you have downloaded my spreadsheet. If you go in the GAMES tab and look to the very right of all the columns (just before the home crowd analysis) you can see how it tells you how your team's different attack fared vs your opponent's defense, and vice versa (right attack vs left defense, etc)

Yeah,
I need time! I traveled to Denver this weekend to play a football game. 10 hours in a car, 5 hours out with 3 of them colliding with guys my size or larger, and another 10 hours in a car right after.
Made for me not able to look and modify anything

oh, you don't have an obligation to. I was just pointing it out so you know it's there :)
From Utah to Denver! Since your championship game had been played, I'd assume this was an exhibition game, right?

I posted it in the good time to hire spokepersons... It's the spreadsheet I use to track many things for my team. I've heard good stuff about it :)
I use it and HAM to keep track of my team...
