Goaltending... at least until I get out of debt and have some money to buy trainees for another position.
Here is my poll on the same subject from last season
Training (http://dynamic2.gamespy.com/~fof/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=9744&highlight=Training)
Results were:
Defending: 10
Scoring: 4
Cross Pass (Winger): 0
Shooting: 0
Playmaking: 22
Goaltending: 7
I haven't implemented a training program yet.: 1

Right now I'm training playmaking when performing against top tier teams, when I'm playing against bottom feeders (and if I still have my 17 year old solid scorer), I train scoring. I have two teams from which I could devote a week of scoring training during, especially if I'm out of the Cup.

Training keeper here. Have been doing it for a long time and still plan on doing it for a while. Currently have an 18 year old Hungarian who has U-20 possibilities and plan on buying a USA U-20 potential starting next season.
Playmaking right now - But I need to squeeze in Stamina in one of these up coming weeks.

Goaltending. Until both of my guys pop I will continue training it most likely.

Training winger for as long as SSFC lasts in the U.S. Open Cup, which permits us to run 3-5-2 in all matches without losing training. We will revert to defensive training (and 5-4-1 formation in friendlies) once we've been eliminated from the cup, for the remainder of the season.

training Playmaking until I can get one of my Passables to pop to solid, then I will be working the Keeper until he pops to solid, then I will work forwards again

I'm training playmaking indefinitly. Well once my current 17 year old solid and the two 17 year old solids I plan to buy next season get to be about 24 or 25, it might be the pefect time to switch to something else :D
