Get it here Do not stream (http://fc.furman.edu/~christopher.mason/ROTKTrailer.mov)

You can get the trailer from the link above, please do not stream, I don't think my school would like that. Just right click and Save Target As.

The voices are a little behind the actors, but hey, its out a month early. Definitely ready to see this movie, wow.

I'm editing here just so I don't mess up the ungodly post to view ratio. Should be up to 1 reply and about 64 views.

Actually, my understanding is that this is the ROTK promo that follows the feature The Two Towers on the DVD disk set, just like they had on The Fellowship of the Ring.

I have no doubt that many of the scenes included, maybe even whole sequences, will be a part of the actual trailer released in September, but this is something slightly different apparently.

Plus, it has that "lifted off a DVD" kinda feel to it. The parts don't exactly mesh well for a trailer. If you watch previous trailers for this series, or for any major movie production, you can see what I mean about, especially in the beginning and ending parts of the sequence.

Still, great to see. Thanks for the link, Easy Mac.

Well, it is Easy Mac's link. :)

Actually, though, when I heard about this over at rottentomatoes.com, the guy who put it up hinted that the powers that be were likely to hunt it down and kill it before long, considering it seems to be an unauthorized vidcap of the ending of the upcoming DVD. So that's probably why the link isn't working.

I downloaded it and saved it, but I don't have anywhere to host it, and it's too big to email (at least with the cheapo stuff I use). But if someone were to find a way to do that, I would be glad to send it along.

Did you try "Save As" on the link? I think streaming it doesn't work (just in case that's what you did).

Everytime I see a trailer for one of these movies for the first time, I get a lump in my throat. It is like a childhood fantasy come to life.

Don't know why but as soon as I saw the thread title I thought some Redneck and created a huge Trailer and this was a clip of them with their new home.

Guess I've been hanging around too many rednecks recently :)
