24,666 showed up to see Marauders/Avengers. That's more than 7,000 better than my last home game. An $86,000 plus payday when giving away a third isn't too bad :D

I nearly sold out my 27k seater. 90k is nice. He played mostly backups so I should cruise to an easy win even with my PIC. He told me he played normal with the same lineup as his last cup match which got him a poor midfield.

My boys are like the Braves. Last year it was all D and no O. This year its still good D and the O is coming around. 15 goals in 2 and a half games. Thats almost a third of my total all last year.

Tell me about it, I'm going into two consecutive home matches, first one against the team that got demoted from III and that regularly posts 70+ ratings, and now tonight I lost my cup match 9-0 :(

Still 0-0, but with how lousy my mid has been this is a good sign:

The teams went for a half-time break at 0 - 0. Square held the ball, with a clear 60 percent possession rate.

I had two chances, the Cayotes had zero, so I hope I can put one in and keep my shutout going.

It might not be that bad. Remember they tweaked so your supporters don't get upset if you lose when you are the underdog. And if scoring was important, you shouldn't have played 4-5-1.

On a side note, I'm actually outplaying Arkham in the midfield with 54% possession.

I really hate these games. My defense is better than his offense, my offense is better than his defense. I'm even winning the midfield (my weak point), but STILL losing the game *sigh*

EDIT: 4-5-1 is my standard formation. If I tried a 3-5-2, I'd have gotten confused at least 2 or 3 times, and couldn't risk it for one goal.

Oh well, there's always next year.

How do you possibly think your offense is better than my defense? Did you check a match where I had a defender sent off? Even if you did, I should have beaten your attack ratings no problem.

I certainly hope they tweaked it pretty good. My team confidence shot from strong to disastrous (a 4 level drop!) and my supporters mood went from high on life to calm (a 4 level drop!) following my 9-0 wallop in the cup tonight... :(

REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD!

The referee showed Fires Peter Holloway the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. Intercourse were forced to a substitution as Zacheus Roodenburg couldn´t continue playing due to the rough treatment.

This Halloway fellow injured my winger early in the match. Normally a wingback, Lu Su-Shun came in to replace him. Now in the 2nd half...

The referee showed Intercourses Lu Su-Shun the yellow card after a particularly nasty challenge. The Fire player was Peter Holloway who had to be helped off the pitch, unable to finish the game.

So Halloway injures my winger and the winger's replacement injures him. What goes around comes around!

I'm not upset, I just thought you were smoking out or something. I really wouldn't say your offense is better than my defense when you have one wing that beats me. If your central attack beat my central defense by that much, I would agree that your offense was better than my defense.

I KNOW IT'S BAD!!! That's why I'm utterly pissed about it. I had a 55 NSI compared to his 67, not that much of a big difference. About 3 teams in my league post 65s regularly in league play, am I gonna lose 9-0 to them TOO!!!

Don't say that now. We could have set up a PIC/ PIC for ourselves since we both have big matchs on Sunday.

I also want to add that in realizing which keeper I played tonight, your attack ratings may well be better than my defense.
