OK is there any to it, or is it all luck of the draw? I have been pulling outfielders since at this level I am at now(inadequate) I figure I will be pulling mostly crap till I hit at least solid so...
anyways on the contrabutions is everyong paying 20K a week? or should I get up to excellent then drop my donation down? keep it the same?
ideas?

From what I have seen and heard, keep dumping the 20K into it. I know if you hit excellent and drop down to solid again on your youth squad, it will take a bit to get up there.

I have pulled 2 decent pulls, not great, but decent pulls with my passable youth squad.

You will do it kel,

No matter what level your youth squad is at you can still pull an amzaing player. The low the youth squad the worse odds you have of doing so. Even at Solid your youth squad isn't going to pull great players most of the time.

Once you reach excellent you'll need to keep pumping money in. Any decrease in funds at excellent and you'll immediately drop to solid. But you don't ahve to worry about that for over a season.

Ditto what people say about pumping 20k into it per week.

The previous 2 weeks, I had Oz the Psycho Kitten asleep on my lap while I did my youth pull and got great players. This week Oz the PK was running laps around my living room and I got a fry cook.

So maybe you need a crazy kitten to help you out...

I didn't really start pulling anything worth the $2K pull until about midway through solid and now I've been on excellent for a couple of weeks. I've pulled one player that I sold for over $300K and currently have a second I could sell for close to that. Other than those two, Since about halfway though solid, I've pulled a player I could sell for between $30-100K every third week. Just keep pouring that money in- it will eventually pay off. It only takes one 17-19yo solid (in a primary category) to wipe out a year's worth of youth pull expenses.
