Ok, I have a big decision to make this evening. Here are the particulars...
I have a cup match tonight against a team that by all accounts is better than me. Their starters put up an Outstanding Midfield two weeks ago in league. In his league game this week, he held out his top IM, so I'm assuming he's going to at least give me a little respect. He usually averages a high inadequate midfield, I'm assuming the top IM will push it to a strong Passable. On normal, I can get a solid midfield, but I'm considering MOTs-ing...I could really use the extra Cup match after my last stadium expansion last week ($360,000 to 30,000 seats...after this cup game I should be at -$50,000).
However, I play the top team in my series a week from sunday. So if I win, I have two games to PIC before them (my Sunday match is a joke); while if I lose, I only have one (no extra cup game if I lose). I'd really like to beat Epoxy...but I already have the midfield advantage. Is it worth the extra money from a potential extra Cup match to demolish my team spirit? MOTs-ing this Cup game is in no way a guarantee of my win.
