The Ruskies have been training stamina since I bought some new middie's, however, my form is in the shitter right now. I have 6 weeks until my next challenging league match, so any advice will do. I'm done training stamina and have switched to general for now and I upped my training intensity from 95% to 100%.

Any other suggestions?

Switching to 100% should help form improvement. Make sure the players you want forms to improve on gets to play either on Sunday or Wednesday.

Don't train general until you get closer to your tough match. IF form is still in the dump, THEN switch to general for the week before your game.

Make sure you have as many assistants as you can afford as well.

I thought form was more or less random--as long as you were playing your players and not training stamina (is there another training type that can lower form, for some reason I thought there was one...), you had a decent chance of increasing form. If you don't play the player, the chances are more likely for the player's form to decrease. But either way, it was random and it would tend to move in the direction it was trending towards....how much of a role do the number of assistants and level of training play into form improvements?

If that made ANY sense....

It made some sort of sense. I don't know to what extent the assistant and the %% of training play in your form, but I read in many places that with more assistants and 100% training, you had better chances of improving your form...

I carry 8 assistant coaches and train at 100% with 9 physios. My form hasn't been a problem in a LONG time. I have guys at excellent, solid, and passable all the time. Guys who rarely play are in solid form.

Forget about general. Just go back to your normal training program.

I've had 9 assistants and 100% training for almost a full season now and I still have guys who drop to weak. It's a crap shoot.
