He's not really even a semi-clown. Pleasant is right in the middle. Sympathetic is what's between pleasant and popular.

Yes, I would. However, I could also keep him around, train him up, and have a bad ass player in the meantime. I've never understood why everyone is always in such a hurry to sell their youth pulls. I like keeping them around to develop and improve my team, not just bring in cash so I can buy older players. But that's me :)

I'd say between 250 000 and 500 000 $ at max from what I see on the transfer market, but probably less than that. You should keep him.

Well, the concept is this: if you aren't training playmaking, you are wasting cash. In your case, you could easily get $1M, and maybe double that. If you are training scoring- then that will all go to waste as you could get a solid scoring/solid passing 17yo for the same price and increase his value. Same for defense and a solid/solid wingback. If you aren't training PM, you definately need to reconsider. If you're training PM, then you have one hell of a trainee :D

At $90K value with no secondaries and only 18, he's 2-3 weeks from popping if you train PM then you'd have an 18yo excellent to sell and that would be much better, especially with no secondaries :)
