Im looking to buy a 17yo solid scorer.
What price range should I look for?

hmmm im no expert, but i'd say at least 400k?? I think someone around here just sold one a week or 2 ago for like 450k

That should be about right. My hint to you, is search until you find one that is a YP from the same week you buy him. You don't want to buy some guys passable +1 solid scorer. You may get it with the YP, but you have a chance of a guy that is one week from bumping. You probably won't get that with a guy who has been trained for a few weeks.

I'm helping my wife run her team, she just got it yesterday. Surprisingly she will be the only one in her series running the 3-5-2.

Why is she buying all these young players. She could get older ones cheaper. I would train scoring if she has a 17 y/o solid and passable. Just get a few more and in 2 seasons she will have more cash than God. Considering he doesn't cheat and just create more for himself.

She got the young guys fairly cheap today, for the same price as the 22+ yo guys were listed. She spent most of the day going to each country checking the transfer market.

That is a good lady. You should marry her. I know she is your wife already, but just do it again to make sure everything went through proper. You can't risk losing this one.
