thats not bad, i should probally try to find a older guy with passable or solid leadership and good exp. to make into a coach.
3.4 million :) Sorry I am a bit inactive atm as I have a friend from Netherlands visiting :D I could have turned one of my other players into an excellent coach (ET XP) for right round 2 mil but he only had weak leadership vs passable I figured it was worth the extra 1.4 million for the leadership ;)

From what I understand, the player's level of experience dictates what level of coaching skills he will have, up until excellent. Any level of experience after that will simply reduce the cost of making him a coach... So if you'd want to turn a player into a solid coach, he'd need at least solid experience...

yes, unless you keep on playing him... huh, could be cool to have a uber player and turn him into a coach, only to keep on playing him as if he never became a coach... :)
