I don't really see the clown material in him. Most teams have many passable leadership players as their highest leadership players (I had 4 before I got my current solid leadership team leader, only sympathetic, but sure beats the nasty/passable I suspect was my team leader before that) and when that's the case, it's sort of impossible to know which one is your leader. Maybe not impossible, but it's a guessing game...

If you are ready to give him some time as a trainee playing in your friendlies, he could eventually make a nice toward middle winger. However that 49k value is kinda low for a player with two passables, so I'd guess he a fairly low inadequate playmaker...

Wow, that's a pretty nice forward trainee. I like youth pulls with nice passing, since it's a skill we usually don't train. You can always train the scoring from passable to plenty of levels above, but what he starts out with in passing is pretty much what he'll have for the rest of his career...

I can't stand the new coaching system...I was cool with going broke for a good solid coach, but now they're priced out...the only way to get a good coach is to have cash, but, the only way to get good cash is to train or sell good youth pulls...which you need a solid coach to train them to get max profit...but if you are broke...then you don't have a good coach...

I like the element of chance...I have a feeling if you stick long enough with it, you'll get someone to cancel out all the bad picks, and I have a feeling those with good picks will find their solid or excellent youth squads will yield them very little...

or maybe, it goes with each season, perhaps one season you get a nice abundance of youth pulls, the next year you don't

feast or famine.
