Something I noticed on HAM...

Man, what a dorko I am, here I am on a Friday night sitting on my couch listening to minidisc and surfing the net. Granted, it's all because of my silly cast (in theory a week from today I'll be put into a walking cast, YIPPEEEEE--I hate crutches with a passion!!!!).

Anyway, back on topic-ish (since I started this thread, I can make the topic whatever I like :p ).

Ok I'll be serious now. Anyway, I updated my Series Spy today in HAM and every team in my series has a listed "Coach change" to a coach of non-existant abilities. Does anybody know why this happened/has it happened to anybody else? I mean, I know I didn't change my coach, and I looked, he's still a solid coach with inadequate experience and leadership (so first his experience will go down, and then he'll drop a level in coaching ability, but when he drops his coaching ability level, will his experience re-elevate, or will it always be at wretched or....these coaching changes confuse me a tad bit). So is this just a HAM glitch or am I missing something?

Yeah, this is what happens when I can't run or otherwise exercise, I start rambling and asking silly questions.

Your Coach won't have a drop in experience ever, I think. It'll be leadership. It will drop from Inad to Weak, then Weak to Wretched, then Wretched to Disastrous, and only THEN will he become a Passable Coach. At least, that's what I think it is...

The same has happened to me too in HAM, and see on a Friday night I am too at home, surfing the web and my leg isn't in a cast :p

Anyway, Vince is right. What I think will happen is your coach will lose leadership (not experience) until he gets to disastrous, then he will start losing coaching levels. I would doubt his leadership would go up once it's at disastrous. So you solid coach would have to go down from inadequate leadership, to weak, poor, wretched, then idsastrous, AND THEN would drop to passable...

dola, I've just read about a few people reporting about the coach bug in HAM too, on the HAM users fed conference. No fix for it though. Looks like a change in HT is causing this...
