Coach's leadership and agreeability

Question for the veterans or anybody in the know...

Does a coach's agreeability (nasty, controversial, sympathetic, popular, etc) matter to his effect on Team Spirit or is only his leadership matters?

For some reasons, I always thought his agreeability mattered, but this wouldn't make sense with the new coach hiring method. See, you can choose your coach's level of leadership, but not his agreeability. Paying a boatload of money for a solid coach with solid leadership makes absolutely no sense if his agreeability matters and is a random function...

Any comments or answers for me?

Leadership.Even if a coach is good at planning training activities, he might be a bad leader, not inspiring players to top performances during games. The team spirit might get spoilt if the coach is a weak leader. This comes from the game rules under "The Coach"
