I just went to:
Norway vs France (Norway won with two goals in the second half)
Nigeria vs Democratic Republic of Korea (Korea scored once in each half)
It was really awesome. I had seats on the corner 18 rows up. I'll be looking forward to the games this Thursday b/c the USA women get to play. Oh yeah, I went to the new stadium in Philadelphia if anyone was wondering.
It was pretty awesome.. for the Nigeria/Korea game both sides actually had drums and the whole bit. I wish soccer here were the same as in europe and most of the rest of the world. I get this feeling inside when I hear the fans going crazy.. and I'm not even out on the field!!! The funny thing is that I actually had trouble finding someone to go with me today, had to ask about a dozen people to go with me. A shame I know..

p.s. - fine size was 24,000 and change.. just shy of my arena size =)
p.p.s. - I would love to goto one of the 2nd round games or 3rd round games up in NYC or Boston or whichever it was. Most of the final rounds games are out on the west coast.
